Please note that since every garment is hand made on order, it is not machine perfect. So minor stitch movements and fabric lint is very much possible, but be assured that it won’t reflect when you wear it. Having said that, even if you feel there is some problem with your product, we would replace it with another one.
We do not accept returns unless the product has following problems in it when you receive it.
- Damaged stitching
- Torn fabric
- Patchy color
You can replace the product within 7 days of ordering. We do not accept returns because of size issue, but would be happy to exchange it with correct size.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You can keep the Reetha pouch.
Incase the product received at your end is damaged and totally in unacceptable condition, you can return it for a replacement or if you wish for refund, we’ll issue a full refund for the same. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-10 working days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have mistakenly ordered a different size or colour, we would happily replace it with the desired product/measurements. Important things to keep in mind while sending back the product for exchange:
∙ All items must have the original tags, and should be unworn, unwashed, and
undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent.
∙ All items should be free of make – up or dirt marks

*Altered/customised outfits will not be eligible for exchange.
*We do not entertain returns & exchanges on international orders.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
